What is herpes?
Herpes is a viral disease that affects the skin, causing a sudden outbreak of grouped blisters in various locations such as the face, mouth, nose, and genitals. While herpes is generally considered a mild condition, it should be taken seriously, especially in cases of ocular herpes, in infants, and in individuals with weakened immune systems. Unfortunately, herpes is a chronic condition that cannot be completely cured and tends to recur in individuals who carry the virus when they are fatigued.
Effective Tips to Relieve Herpes Symptoms
The Chamomile Flower
The chamomile flower has anti-inflammatory properties. Mix dried chamomile flowers that have been finely chopped with warm water. Apply a poultice using a washcloth or compress to the herpes outbreak for 10 minutes.
Repeat this process multiple times a day until the blisters completely disappear.
